Homework: March 26 and March 27
Today we reviewed what we have learned so far.
This month we have been solving for unknowns of a triangle. We can solve for X using: Perimeter, Area, Pythagorean Theorem, and now Sine, Cosine, and Tangent.
SOH, CAH, TOA is all about fractions and decimals.
This week for homework, I would like us to get more comfortable with fractions and decimals.
Level 1: Modeling Fractions and Decimals
Level 2: Fractions to Decimals
Level 3: Fractions, Decimals and Mixed Numbers
Folks at home please right down the time and sign: _________________________

Homework: March 7th
Hello all!
This week we are focusing on the perimeter and area of a triangle.
Reminder:
Perimeter is the distance around the triangle. We find perimeter by adding all the sides of a triangle together.
P = s + s + s
Area is the amount of space the shape takes ups.
We find the area of a triangle by multiplying the base by the height. We then divide the product by 2.
(Since a triangle is half a rectangle/square)
A = (b x h) / 2
Level 1: Answer questions 1 and 2.
Level 2: Answer questions 2, 3, and 4
Level 3: Answer questions 3, 4, 5 and 6.
