Homework June 22-26

Hello Everyone!

Happy Final Week of School!

It has been a complete joy working with you all this year and I look forward to continuing our work over the summer!

Below is your homework for the week:

Monday: Today we discussed metaphors, similes, and idioms.

Level 1: What is a simile?  What is a metaphor?

Tuesday: Today we wrote letters to the 9th Precinct thanking them for playing basketball with our school. 

Level 1:  How do you begin a letter?  What are three things a letter should include?

Level 2: What the significance of the letters in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time?

Level 3: How do you begin a letter?  What are three things a letter should include? What the significance of the letters in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time?



Wednesday: Today Ms. Stillwagon and I combined our classes.  

Level 1:  What was different about today's class?
 
Level 2:  What was different about today's class? Did it make the class difficult?  Why?

Level 3: What was different about today's class? Did it make the class difficult?  Why?  How did it make you feel?



Thursday: Today we collaborated with Ms. Stillwagon's classes.
